Absolute scammers and crooks this company offered me £600 for my car sent me the offer in writing I arranged for the collection and done the paperwork with the driver and was told that my bank transfer would be in my account within the hour
I received nothing until the next day after multiple phone calls and being passed from pillar to post I received a call back saying they were now only paying me £349
The man on the phone was extremely rude and told me take the money or get nothing to which I responded I will report the car as stolen as I haven’t received payment as agreed and they told me report it as stolen we don’t give a sh*t
He then point blank refused to tell me where the car was being held
Please do not do business with these people they are nothing more then scammers
I will do my utmost to make sure I leave this review on every platform I see these villains advertising their shady business
I only wish I could give zero stars

In summary, I would not recommend Copart to a friend.

The big problem with Copart is that they restrict access to vehicles but will not give you any information about the vehicle sold. Their photographs are not clear and they hide the registrations of vehicle so you can not do history checks on the DVLA website.

They do not divulge all the information of cars being sold and once sold you have to pay charges which are excessive such as on-line bidding charge ( theres no other way to bid ) and vehicle loading charges as well as quite high commission charges on top of an annual memebership fee

In summary, I would not recommend Copart to a friend.
